Creative Corporate Crowdfunding

DoodleJam offers corporate clients a premium creative crowdfunding campaign service. The service includes project team support, campaign mentoring and launch event facilitation. The corporate crowdfunding campaign is meaningful and innovative, connecting staff with their community and clients to help raise funds for a local cause. The ideal Project Team size is between 5 and 20 participants.

The total project timeline runs for approximately 10 weeks, with the corporate crowdfunding campaign itself running for 35 days within that time-frame. Team members are only away from their desks for a one half day workshop, plus a 2-3 hour creative social event which could be held during an evening or weekend. We advise that a minimum of 80 participants attend the creative social event in order to maximise success, although there is no limit to participant numbers.  

Client Pre-Meeting. A meeting with Project stakeholders to establish the workshop ’theme’, corporate guidelines, cause/charity to be supported, target mount to be raised, Team composition, etc.

Half-Day Workshop . Introduction to the corporate crowdfunding concept, teamworking and project management principles. Outcome is that Team is formed, roles and duties are allocated, and the project ‘begins’.

Creative Social Event . The Team re-groups for a fun, facilitated, DoodleJam Event, the outcome of which is a meaningful group painting encapsulating the participants’ thoughts, vision and emotions behind the agreed theme and “cause”. The group painting becomes a focus of the corporate crowdfunding campaign, and the Team explores ways in which the image can be utilised to raise awareness and funds for the chosen charity/cause. The Creative Social Event can align with existing social events that are mapped out in the Organisations’ future calendar i.e. a conference, planning day, product launch, celebration, networking event etc. 

A campaign video is an essential part of the process and is quoted separately. 

Crowdfunding Campaign Launch. The corporate crowdfunding campaign goes live. The Team maximises their crowd and the power of social media to raise funds towards their chosen fund. Weekly coaching is provided to ensure that the project is on track and that targets/milestones are being met.
